1 – 4 years of testing experience of Mobile Handset and Mobile Application.
Should be able execute test cases.
Should be well versed in testing concepts and test tools.
Knowledge of scripting language viz. Shell, Perl or Python

Experience in validation and verification, Embedded testing,good exp on DO178B standard. Experitse in writing test cases, Tools like PVCS, Clear case & Clear Quest, Doors is a must.

2-4 years of experience in Manual Testing of Complex Web Based Applications like Social Networking Websites , Job Websites and others. Must have tested GUI in various browsers and all other aspects of Websites.

Basic Concepts of Testing (SDLC/STLC, Waterfall Model etc)
Basic Concepts of Automation Testing
QTP Knowledge
Framework Knowledge/Experience

Strong knowledge in database backend testing,SQL statements/query, UI, functional testing
Ability to apply and use software quality tools for test case management

Skill: J2EE DotNet
Mainframes C / C++

DWH : Informatica/ Teradata/ Microstrategy/ Abinitio / Datastage/ SAS

BE in CS, IT, E&C or MCA. Exceptions may be considered depending on the value add
