Knowledge on performance, load, stress testing or functional test automation.

Back end data verification and validation (especially SQL).

Certifying and validating supported browsers, certifying and testing new browsers.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering field.Advanced degree (such as a Masters Degree) in a relevant field a plus.

Conduct manual functional and regression tests for modified and new Survey applications

Develop and maintain test specifications, processes and scripts

Experience on performance, load, stress testing or functional test automation.
Certified tester e.g. Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA).

Experience on creating test scenarios and test cases from functional specifications.
Hands on experience in different forms of testing especially testing web based applications/ASP testing, certifying and validating supported browsers, certifying and testing new browsers.

This position is for a quality assurance Manager, testing Java/.Net based web applications and managing a team of 10-15 people.

Responsibilities include working as a quality assurance manager on assigned projects. Interaction with developers, product managers, onsite and offshore teams is required.
