Experience with Quality Center, InstallAnywhere, QTP, TeamCity, StarTeam, Jira, Ant, & Confluence are all desirable.

strong experience managing a build and release team for an enterprise grade software product.
Experience in the agile test driven development environment. Experience managing a global team is a plus.
Experience with industry standard cross-platform installer products is required.
Experience with Windows and Linux is required.
Experience with mission critical software and the 24/7/365 global customer support is a plus.

Job Description Responsibilities
Responsible for release process for 24/7/365 mission critical enterprise software.
Manage global team of build and release engineers in Oakland and India.
As part of the Quality Engineering group work closely with the QE Architect and other QE managers to insure product release standards and goals are achieved.
Close collaboration with Product Management for coordination of all product releases across the product life cycle.
Design of the release and update workflow process for all Navis products.
Unify build and release processes for legacy and next-generation Navis products utilizing industry standard tools.
Work with build tools automation team to develop required build automation and product installers.
Collaborate with all parts of the engineering organization on procedures for releasing mission critical software.
Collaborate and communicate across all internal organizations to guarantee the highest quality standards apply all Navis product releases.
