Associate Manager/Manager testing

Should be very strong in programming (.Net and/or Java) & different scripting languages

should have deep White Box testing capabilities

Should have involved with designing and architecting applications

Extensive experience in developing tools / products that enhance productivity / ability to test better

Should not be a routine programmer but should have the ability to think innovatively and come up with smart solutions

Good understanding of software testing and interest to work with testing team

should have experience in creating tools, frameworks etc
Experience 8 – 10 Years
