Test Manager
Good understanding of different Test Process models like TMM, TPI etc
White Box testing
Experience of 10 years experience in software testing
Should have experience managing 25-30 members team
Hands on experience in defining and optimize Test Process
Ability to suggest appropriate test strategies & good understanding of different testing techniques
Test automation, specifically being able to define automation frameworks
Good understanding of different kinds of tests like
Performance tests
Application security tests
Experience in involving in Presales for QA engagements
Good at test effort estimation and ability to define and measure different metrics
Desired Profile: Strong communication skills
Good attitude
Preferable to be certified (CSQA or any other similar certifications)
Experience in grooming next level of leadership
Ability to conduct trainings on testing and related concepts
Experience 9 – 14 Years
