Knowledge of functional automation or performance benchmarking tool
5. Client engagement and relationship management experience
6. Working experience with US clients
7. Preferably working exp. in US
8. Perform Requirement analysis and discussion with client BA and Lead.
Experience 9 – 14 Years
1. Planning all aspects of project including statement of work, project plan, detailed WBS, resource needs
2. Implementation of plan, manage and report project progress, participates in technical and process reviews
3. Measure all performance parameters as per project objectives, create improvements plans and implement them in the project
4. Ensure complete customer focus in deliveries including managing requirements, reviews, obtaining acceptance plans and feedbacks
5. Understand application testing requirements and test strategy
6. Plan and perform knowledge transition sessions with client
7. Interfaces and negotiates with customer with regard to project estimates, schedules and deliverables
8. Establishes smooth communication channels with customer
9. Communicate project status to client, senior management and all stakeholders on daily/weekly basis.
