Test Manager
Working knowledge on Load Runner and Win Runner tools
Job Description: Consult with project stakeholders to clarify intended system features
Access risk and provide advice regarding the readiness of a system or component to be released for production
Identify Test environment requirements & liaise with Infra team to ensure availability
Ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery of testing assignments
Write accurate defect reports, facilitate problem resolution, verify fixes and effectively communicate status of testing efforts
Conduct reviews and inspections of project deliverables and provide feedback
Follow the test process & continuously provide feedback to improve quality of test process
Strive to reuse test cases and regression automation packs
Ensure constructive working relationships within teams and with other functions/ technical groups

Desired Profile: Mitigate risks to Business through timely, precise execution and validation of test plans. Work with development team to create test plans for enhancements and fixes on applications. Under moderate supervision carries out procedures and test to ensure that information systems and services meet group standards and end-user requirements.

Will be responsible for team, technical reviews, quality, design & configuration. Knowledge of formal estimation, techniques & quality processes is essential
Emphasis would be on Load Runner and Win Runner (Mercury Tools) skill set.
