Testing Jobs in India

Test Manager:

Should have worked in weblogic, J2EE environment.
Excellent knowledge of SQL
Should be knowing programming languages like C ,Java
Must have insurance domain knowledge

Must have worked on offshore project delivery in global delivery environment.
Should have led teams ranging from 3-10 people
Should be proficient in defining the test strategy, test case design, defect analysis, defect prevention and test metrics
Review and approve test cases
Review execution results and defect logs
Estimate & budget TEST Efforts
Interpret business requirements for the team
Should have developed test frameworks, guidelines.Good working knowledge of databases, application servers.

Should have worked in product development companies
Should have worked in all the testing life cycle activities
Should have worked in a process driven environment
Should be B.E or B. Tech or M. Sc (computer science) or M.C.A from reputed colleges or universities.
Should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Should be willing to work under stringent timelines
