Test Manager
Hands on Testing Experience (Manual and Automation) Any tools (RFT will be preferable).
Strong Knowledge in SDLC and STLC (Programming knowledge will be added advantage).
Experience in Test Strategy and Planning.
Experience in Microsoft Project Plan tool must.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience, with 2-3 Years in development
Good understanding of quality process CMM / Six Sigma.
Strong Test Management Skill.
Good communication and should be a good team player & Leader
Good understanding of the onsite-offshore Project model

Position Description
Excellent hands on experience in Test Process and Methodology.
Client Interaction.
Guide and coach team in terms of Process and People related issues.
Should be able to lead a small team of 25 members.
Should be familiar with estimation techniques like FPA, WBS etc.
