Test Manager

Prerequisite Skills:

Expertise in testing primarily in automation. Desirable – Manual.
Should have prior hands on experience in managing a team of atleast 10-15 professionals.
Should have prior experience in Client interactions.

Should have Atleast 10-12 years of IT Experience.
Should have Atleast 4 years of experience in testing Preference – Experience in automated test tools.
The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills

Roles:
Derive the scope of testing and test strategy.
Understand the application requirements.
Client interaction and co-ordination.
Work allocation and tracking of the team members.
Implement quality processes defined for the project.
Team building and training team members.

Desired Candidate Profile:
