Test Manager
Expertise in automation testing.

Must have worked on Fixed income projects or banking projects

Role:
Person shall play the role of SME for the Testing Competency. Person shall be responsible for creating test solutions, perform estimation, respond to proposals, create collaterals, provide leadership to the testing team. Person shall play a critical role in seting up the process, framework, standards, best practices, artifacts for Testing Competency. Person shall be responsible for quality of deliverables.

Should have complete knowledge of Test Life Cycle & Test Management
Person should be competent & experienced to bring in best practices including high focus on automation to create more impact and efficiency
Good understanding of automation. Person should be hands-on & should be able to hand hold & groom the team.
Should be able to come up with improvements in the existing process or create new ones if required
Excellent people mgmt skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent in client handling
