Testing Jobs in India

Test Lead / Team Lead / Project Lead:
Must have used either MI Load Runner or Rad View Web Load in his/her previous projects.

Work experience in Jmeter is a major plus

â Experience of being worked in at least 2-3 performance testing projects

â Should be an expert on minimum of one operating system, database and programming language.

â Proven expertise either in Web Technologies (.NET and J2EE), Client/Server or different flavors of UNIX.

â Should posses a professional graduation degree or above from a reputed university/college
â Should be able to conduct design reviews, requirement reviews, evaluate technical architecture from performance view point.

â Ability to develop and execute performance test scripts.

â Analyze the test execution reports and report them.

â Analyze the performance test execution reports, spot performance bottle necks, suggest changes to help improve

â Ability to develop prototypes and rationalize technology stack components from performance view point

â Act as a guide/mentor talented individuals
