Desired Candidate Profile

Exposure to Web Logic 8.1/9.1 environment, should be able to deployments
Data base Oracle / DB2 / SQL server
Languages Java / VB
Domain knowledge in Insurance / Health care

Knowledge of overall SQA process is a must
Good Testing skills
Team management (Handled at least 2-3 members)
Exposure in handling client directly is an added advantage
Experience in writing Test plans
Knowledge in Testing tools, should be able to record and play test scripts
Knowledge in QTP and Load Runner tool is added advantage
Exposure to collection and analysis of project metrics is an added advantage

GOOD CONVERSATIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
