Test Lead

Job Description: 4 years experience in functional web testing activities; of which at least 1 year in the test lead role for a team of at least 2.
Responsible for updating the weekly status through weekly meetings and other forums.
Able to meet the SLA timings so that the support requests are tested in time.
Have implemented test automation, reuse and other productivity techniques
Have good communication (Verbal and Written) skills and be able to articulate the problem and solution to the stake holders.
Proactive and self motivated; motivate & educate the team in technical aspects.
Able to test on a couple of projects simultaneously along with the leadership role.
Desired Profile: Have good communication (Verbal and Written) skills and be able to articulate the problem and solution to the stake holders.
