Test Lead position

Exposure to Automated Testing toolse.g Mercury & Rational tools is required.
Creation & execution of Test asset based on functional & business requirement documents.
Involvement in reviews.
Critical business scenario generation.
Test asset creation for build verification test.
Release report generation.
Ensuring quality of products using metrics.
Involvement in test estimation.
Team Management and mentoring.
Client communication to understand requirement and monitoring timelines of projects.

Desired Profile:

Candidate should be having:

At least 6 yrs of IT experience with minimum 2 years experience as Team Lead in testing services / projects.
He should have completed 1-2 International projects as Test Lead.
A good team leader/member and use of initiative is essential.
Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory skills: Must be good in client handling and communication.
Excellent people management skills.
Experience in Test Estimation and Test management.
Good understanding of testing methodologies and practices.
Should have good understanding of testing practice methodologies.
