Test Lead (Automation)
6 years of IT Experience of which, should have at least 2 years of experience in Automation testing tools, test scripts preparation & execution (Preference QTP/WINRUNNER/LOADRUNNER.)
Should have good knowledge on Operating systems (unix, windows) concepts
Should have good knowledge on Programming, Programming Concepts ( OOPS etc)
Should have knowledge on Databases & SQL Queries
Development experience in VB, Dot.NET, Java, and J2EE will be an added advantage.
Programming knowledge in C / VB / Java would be preferred but not mandatory
Develop framework
Author test scripts
Review test scripts to ensure adherence to standards

Prerequisite Skills:

Understand the user requirements
Prepare Test Strategy / Test Plan & Test Reports
Prepare and Execute Test Cases
Prepare status report and also participate in the project conference calls / meetings
Review the test artifacts prepared by the team
Log and track defects to closure
Allocate work to the team and track the team’s activities
Participate in the conference call with the client (as required)
Ensure adherence to the quality process at Lionbridge
Ensure productivity of the resources
Knowledge of SDLC and software testing concepts
Knowledge of ISO and CMM processes
Ability to prepare test strategy and test plan
Should be able to guide the team and track their activities
Should have worked in any test automation tool at least for a period of 1 year
