Test Engineer – Development Testing

Knowledge of web applications and web servers
Experience with testing tools (such as WinRunner, TestDirector, Rational Functional Test)
Experience with web technologies (such as HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, servlets)
Experience with Apache and Tomcat
Experience with communication protocols (such as LDAP, TCP/IP, http)
Experience with complex configurations (such as proxy configurations, multiple directory configurations, security)
Knowledge of PC, Power PC and SPARC architecture and troubleshooting skills
Network certifications (such as CSE, MCSE)
Job Description: Working with software development teams
Reviewing requirements and design documents
Identifying issues and proposing solutions
Developing test plans
Writing and executing test cases
Writing test automation scripts and programs
Maintaining a test environment
Entering and tracking defects
Reporting on test results
Providing input for product documentation
Researching customer issues
Researching software
Desired Profile: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3-6 years)
Experience testing and/or programming to eclipse.
Experience with imaging system (Zenworks, G4U)
Experience programming (C, C , Java, or other)
Working knowledge of Novell products (such as eDirectory, Netware)
Experience managing networking resources.
Experience with testing and configuring different operating systems (such as Windows, Solaris, Linux, NetWare, AIX)
Proven record of test knowledge and experience.
Experience 3 – 6 Years
