Technical Manager-Quality Analyst
You are known for your excellent knowledge of SDLC, Verification life cycle
You have worked in Telecom domain with Telecom products with system testing in areas of datacom OR networking OR webservices(J2EE/.NET environment)• You have extensive experience test tools and lab setup
• You are known for your excellent management skills
• You have excellent management, written and verbal communication skills
• You have extensive experience on manual and automated testing
• You are known to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Follows disciplined software development practices
• You have minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance with minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description
As a part of the organization as a Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for products of EXFO’s telecom test and measurement instruments. You will be responsible for creating test plans including gathering test requirements, use-cases/test plan creation and Risk assessment. You will also be responsible for managing a team of QA and provide them your guidance in your area of expertise. Demonstrate competence in own area; may still be acquiring higher level skill. Identifies unusual technical problems and escalates them for resolution. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
