Experienced in Rational Robot and Test Manager, or other automated testing tools
A degree in a computer related discipline
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the role of Software Quality Assurance Analyst or Software Tester
Experience in creating high level test plans
Experienced in identifying and creating test scenarios and executing manual functional tests
Ability to work independently and to drive to results and timelines
Understanding and execution of the following testing types (functional, integration, error, security, performance)

QA / Testing professionals needed for a software development company that has is located in Gurgaon.
Our software development firm is seeking a well organized and highly motivated Software Tester to join our QA team for automated and manual testing.
The Software Tester will have the following (but not limited to) key responsibilities:
Functional, system, integration, regression and performance testing
Review functional requirements and user documentation
Designing, writing, and executing manual and automated test plans
Designing, writing, and executing test cases and procedures that define specific test criteria and the expected results to be achieved

Perform risk analysis, as needed, along with proposed mitigation strategiesInterface and work closely with local and remote development teams to call attention to problems, resolving problems and/or assist in recreating them
