Job Description: Should have been in a testing role before. Requires knowledge of UNIX configuration and set-up. Knowledge of Perl and Shell Scripting is a must. Desirable to have exposure to test automation tools like RFT, RPT etc. Support role requires good analytical and trouble-shooting skills along with knowledge of C/C.
