Senior SQA Engineer:

Must Have Strong analytical skills, Strong knowledge of Windows internals, administration and working knowledge of Linux, SDLC Life cycle, any scripting language, Hands on with White Box testing for C, C , ability to code, configure and manage automated tools, Hands on experience of various network protocols like TCP/IP, STUN, Peer to Peer, Good knowledge of NAT and Firewalls, Good understanding of networking layers
Good to have – knowledge of any of the tools like Bounds Checker, PC Lint, True Coverage, Soft Ice, etc
Job Description: Candidate should be adept at working in a deadline-intense environment with minimal supervision and should be comfortable working directly with the Development team to deliver products on time with the highest quality
Develop reusable tools and test automation for the department as a whole
Performs code and design reviews on code written by development engineers
Works with development to create the necessary hooks in our products to aid in the creation of testing automation. This should occur during the design phase of the project
Ability to debug complicated problems with pointers, deadlocks and state based memory or other resource leaks
Ability to see inefficiencies and communicate these to the rest of the team. Can be counted on to come up with plans to help solve these issues
Work with development team to technically understand the testing necessities of a component and to help troubleshoot coding problems

Bachelors / Master’s of Engineering in Computer Science (preferred) or other streams

Candidate must possess a strong team work ethic, highly motivated, dynamic and should possess strong analytical as well as verbal and written communication skills as this job will involve extensive communication with US team from Pune.
