Conduct SQA activities throughout the software lifecycle phases and awareness on different project lifecycles.
Conduct periodic audits / reviews including document reviews in projects and departments.Process definitions as per any process model or framework like CMMI / ISO 9001/ ISO 27001/ ITIL/ Six Sigma and building up the QMS.
Perform metrics collection, analysis and reporting, knowledge on usage of various statistical tools.
Handle independently process facilitation and implementation with timely escalation of process-gaps.
Carry out process trainings.
Conduct Risk assessment on projects / departments and highlight the risk to Management.
Serving various ad-hoc process needs of the organisation & clients.
4-5 years experience.
