Testing Jobs in India

The ideal candidate should have BS or MS and 1 – 3years of experience and working in the following areas

• Understanding L2/L3 switching, Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, IPV4, IPV6

• Working knowledge of basic QoS, VLANs, STP, RSTP Protocols.

• Understanding of OSPF, BGP, RIP routing protocols.

• Working knowledge of MPLS, VPLS.

• Tools development and automation experience: Tcl/Tk, scripting

• CCNA certification or higher is desired

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

• Strong written skills specifically as related to writing test plans and test reports.

Education: BS/BE/BTECH/ME/MTech in CS/EE/ECE is required

Job Description

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer develops and executes test plans and automated tests for new features, new hardware and functionality of Brocade products. Must be able to work closely with design engineers, marketing, and other test engineers. It is important for the candidate to be able to understand feature requirements and translate to test cases and test automation. This position requires the ability to quickly and effectively execute testing assignments.

Experience: 1- 3 yrs
