2-4 years in testing network related products
Networking, VPN, VLAN, Routing Protocols, Firewall concepts Familiarity with TCP/IP and related protocols (http, smtp..)Hands on experience with Hands on with public domain security Good Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows OS
Exposure to Tcl/Tk, perl desirable
CCNA/CCNP desirable Testing:
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Understand the product requirement.
2. Be able to imagine required test needs and strategize testing
3. Test plan development and documentation
4. Be able to interact with design teams and work with them in resolving bugs, ensuring that the product meets the quality expectations
Competencies / Skill sets required for the role:
1. Familiar with bug tracking system like Bugzilla
2. Clear understanding of SDLC, QA Process, Defect lifecycle

3. Attention to detail.

4. Able to work under pressure.
