3 yrs and above Software testing experience, with at least 1+ year as a Lead.
Thorough knowledge of manual /automated testing, testing concepts, process, automated testing tools (Perl, Shell, Python), SDLC etc.Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
Innovate bent of mind.
Additional skill sets:-
Exposure to Security domain.

Domain knowledge like Healthcare, E-commerce, SAAS Applications, Mobile Applications are additional advantages.

Job Description
* Lead and Manage, QA & Testing of multiple Software releases, development life cycle process and best practices..
* Devise, manage and analyze Test Plans, Testing Strategies, Test cases, Test data, Matrices, and other QA related documentation on analysis of Business and Functional requirements.
* Establish Technical Standards, Methodologies and tools, and ensure adherence for technical solutions.
* Break down the Test Scenarios into Unit level conditions as per the Test design guidelines.
* Determine Test Scope and provide accurate Test estimates.
* Troubleshoot application and environment issues.
* Identify, Debug and clearly articulate software defects.
* Effectively communicate testing status to management.
* Perform Automated Testing using Scripting and Load Testing tools.
* Review and provide input into Requirements, Specifications, Design documents and other artifacts.
* Escalate issues / risks in a timely manner.

* Identify problem areas and resolve the same logically and independently.* Train / mentor other members.3-8 years experience.
