Good Experience with a S/W application on implementation and/or functional usage which caters to specified business  areas like:
Underwriting-issuance and servicing, Claims, Reinsurance, Agency, BI, Rating/Price Calculation, Product Modeling, Product Configuration, Billing.Preferably should have worked on multiple areas and must have worked on Rating and underwriting

7 years of experience on various lines of Insurance business including auto, home, property etc.

Personal and commercial lines in P&C/General Insurance

Should have a good knowledge of the life cycle of a P & C insurance policy and the underlying workflow

Should have strong communication, presentation and customer interfacing skills

Internationally recognized certifications in the above business areas, like CPCU, CII, is desired

Desirable to have knowledge of Industry standards like ACORD, SEMCI

Should be an expert at using productivity tools like MS Word, spreadsheet, Visio, PPT, MS Project etc

Should be able to prepare documents with high standards of business communication

Exposure to technical frameworks would be an advantage

Exposures to business/functional frameworks like , IAA would be
an advantage

Should have proposed responses to Business & Technical Solutions

Should have – project management and team leading skills

Experience with onsite/offshore delivery model desirable
Job Description:
Takes an active role in all aspects of an engagement – identifying issues which need solutions,planning & conducting interviews with business users for requirement gathering and analyses,and helping to specify the equirements that can be used by the testing group.Identify business scenarios and guide team in test case design. Provide subject matter expertise on Insurance lines of business to the technical team.
