Engineering graduate with 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance of which 3 years of through experience in testing Siebel CRM.
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Understanding of CRM solutions, such as Sales Force Automation and Campaign Management tools.
Experience in writing and executing test cases based on requirements documentation and Business Process Procedures(BPPs).
Knowledge in Quality center, the Test management tool.
Experience in performing automated testing using Mercury suite of tools including Quick Test Professional
Knowledgeable/experienced in QA processes, testing methodology, test automation, defect tracking & test estimation & planning.
Experience in creating project plan using Microsoft Office Project
Certifications in CSTE would be added advantage.
Softskills:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to communicate with effectively and professionally with internal and external clients
Good team player.
Excellent organizational skills.
Someone capable of responding to a fast paced environment and able to work long days and hours.
