Knowledge about Quality Standards Extensive knowledge about ISO standards, CMM models and six sigma.

Knowledge of Software Development Use of CASE tools in the development of computer software. Understanding of Software Lifecycle methodologies and Software Engineering Skills is a must. Thorough knowledge of Software Quality Assurance, Software Process Definition and Implementation, Software Process Improvement and Metric Analysis.

Flexibility – Have the ability to adapt to change and bring about changes in quality processes and procedures to ensure that there is continuous improvement in the company operations.

Leadership Skills Be able to assist and motivate the team of quality experts to perform their functions to the best of their ability

Job Description:
This position will manage the overall work of the Corporate Quality Assurance Group (CQAG). It will co-ordinate with the other groups to facilitate the projects of the CQAG.
This position deals with providing an overall direction to Corporate Quality initiatives
