Demonstrated basic PC knowledge and familiarity with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
Must be self motivated with a strong work ethic that can work with limited supervision.

Minimum experience of 1 year as a QA Tester.
Sharp attention to detail.
Strong Time and Task management skills.

As a Senior Quality Assurance you will be responsible for following and recommending Quality Assurance procedures. Task allocation of pre-release Mobile games for verification and validation. Timely delivery of all the reports to the respective heads. Monitoring the team performance and assuring that right team spirit is maintained throughout the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Assign pre-release Mobile games to verify functionality, data content, performance, usability/playability and compatibility.
Achieve high standard of testing on every build and ensure all issues are found and reported properly.
Provide timely delivery of all the reports.
Management of internal and external bug databases.
Carry out scheduled plans and provide feedback to their respective superiors.
Researching device related issues and documenting them.
Monthly review of the Testing team for their performances.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors with accountability and responsibility defined prior to the commencement of these duties.
Monitoring the team performance with respect to all aspects.
Act as a strong motivator who guides his team to achieve Quality Assurance standards.

1 to 2 years experience.
