Must have minimum 5 Yrs experience in Testing
Must have at least 2years of development experience on Java or PHP or .Net or Ruby.
Need to have working experience on web services and SOA.
Should be having experience on Mercury tools like QTP, QC
Need to have Experience on Mobile Application testing (preferably Android or Blackberry or iphones.
Should have basic knowledge on Performance testing.
Need to have experience on Open source tools like fitness, Canoo Web test, Selenium, DB Test, Web Drive) any one.
Should be having working experience in Agile Methodology.
Need to know Intranet, and Extranet .
Gaming application testing is advantage.
Must have Client facing experience (Pref: Client interaction exp)
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
