Experience in defining and developing processes and process improvements for IT Services Management
Experience in conducting internal quality Audits
Should have experience in practicing ITIL based processes or should have worked as a part of the ITIL based process definition team

Job Description Primary responsibilities:
Define / Improve processes compliant to ISO 20000
Establish and enforce processes and measurements
Review Monthly reports prepared by the QA
Plan and conduct Management review meeting (MRM) at the BU on a periodic basis
Provide process consultancy to QA and BU
Plan for Process training, along with the QA & training coordinator as per the requirements of the BU
Monitor the Improvement initiatives along with the QA
Guide in Quality presentations and customer proposal
Ensure proper hand-over takes place in case of replacement of QA
Ensure compliance to existing and new standards and certifications
Identify Process improvement initiatives at BU level & cross-BU level.
Raise awareness & gain support from BU for quality adherence
Desirable
Certified in ITIL Manager
Certified IQA for ISO 20000
Proposal Writing & Pre-Sales experience
Resource Management
Gather & Analyze metrics data and derive improvement opportunities
Experience 12 – 18 Years
