Quality Lead:
Sound Knowledge of Quality Models (ISO, CMM) and Quality Principles.
Should have knowledge of Development and Maintenance Lifecycles, relevant Metrics, Best practices etc.
Should be able to coach, mentor the Project Managers and guide for process implementation.
Should be able to audit independently vis-Ã -vis the standard defined process and also identify gaps in the process itself
Experience in Causal analysis (Should be able to help project team to perform Causal analysis)
Hands on statistical analysis tools
Should have team lead capabilities
Desired Candidate Profile
8 to 10 years of experience
Process writing experience
Assertive, good communication (as international interaction is part of the job)
Good people management skills
