Thorough understanding of software engineering processes, development and maintenance life cycles and methodologies
Hands on experience in process analysis / audits / appraisals, process definition, process implementation, process mentoring, trainings* Exposure to software development & Quality for a period of 4 years preferable
* Post Graduate/Graduate.
* Any equivalent certification in quality / project management
* Excellent Communication and presentation skills
* Strong Interpersonal Skills
* Ability to bring team to consensus
* Hands on experience in implementation of quality models/standards such as ISO9001,CMM/CMMI, etc
* CQA/ CSQA/ CQM, ISO 9001 Auditor, PMP

Experience     6 – 9 YearsAmdocs is looking for an experienced Quality Expert and IT Professional to partner with other groups in the Global Quality Organization in delivering, implementing, collect feedback and enhancing the infrastructure of the quality working methods (Modules) in his/her units.
