The requirement is primarily for the execution of the Regression Test Cases, write and update the test cases/sets if necessary for new requirements if any.
Exp:- 3 to 5 yrs experience soon.
They should be comfortable using Quality Center to write and execute test cases, Oracle to run SQL queries and validate data at the DB level. Knowledge on UNIX and Mainframes would be a plus.
