Must possess excellent communication skills. Should have handled the process independently for getting the organisation CMMi certified. Must be well versed with the quality policies and guidelines. Appraisal Team Member will be considered as a plus.
The candidate will work closely with the onsite s/w development team and also responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality standards within the organisation. Should be flexible to travel to US and work in onsite offsite model.

3 to 8 years experience.
