SQA – Lead/Manager
Position Responsibilities:

# Take free and independent charge of definition and implementation of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) procedures across the organization and work products spread across multiple projects.

# Take complete ownership and responsibility of Atrenta software product quality as expected by our large global semiconductor clients.

# Bring change in the organization from EDA start up organization approach to defined and measured approach for product development and continuous process improvement such that innovative edge of a technology start up is not impacted while ensuring very high software quality in a predictive way.
Desired Profile

Academic Qualification:

# B.E./ B. Tech / M. Tech. In Computer Science / Electrical Electronics Engineering from reputed Universities.

# Professional qualification on Software Quality Ex. CSQA, etc. will be a plus point.

Experience 8 years with at least 4 years directly in SQA role in any leading product organization.

# Exposure to technology start up, especially EDA will be a plus point. Skill Required Should be able to define metrics for measurement of success and use them to analyze problems for improving the identified processes.

# Should be able to define new processes and implement infrastructure to automate possible steps.

# Should be able to coordinate the scheduling of defined audits between SQA team members and R&D.

# Should be able to document and reports audit findings to both Project Management and Senior Management in the form of metrics.

# Should be able to work with the project team leader and others to ensure objectives of improvement are met.

# Should participate in the creation of an SQA plan for each product team which defines processes and work products to be audited, related responsibilities, audit schedule, and reporting format. Display a deep understanding of software development processes and the role that SQA plays in that development.
