Extensive Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) knowledge and experience.
Involved in gap analysis
Preparation and review of Process documentation
Conduct internal audit
Coordination in Management Review
Facilitation of Quality implementation
As trainer, Training topics covered like
7 Quality Control Tools
Awareness on Quality Management System
Coordination with Certification bodies
Exposure to any of the Project management tools like MS-Project, dotProject and JIRA
Exposure to any of the Quality management tools like CVS, VSS, and SVN
Knowledge in Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Knowledge in CMMi, ITIL Frameworks
To possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
To possess excellent analytical knowledge

Certification:
1. Internal Quality Auditor (Quality Management System) – Mandatory
2. Certified Software Quality Assurance (CSQA) – Optional
3. Six Sigma green belt or Yellow belt – Optional
4. CCNA – Added Advantage
