Quality Reviewer:
• Responsible for carrying out Process facilitations, audits, organizing PMR reviews and monitoring process compliance at respective Project/Account level
• Responsible for tailoring of organization’s process to meet project’s needs.
• Responsible for reporting on status and effectiveness of process implementation at project level.
• Identify and report risks at the project level
• Responsible for verification of CA/PA and closure of NC/Observation
• Responsible for participating in various process improvement initiatives, tools implementation at project/ account level
• Conduct the trainings on QMS.

Quality Champion:
• Responsible for reviewing and implementing tailored processes at an account and/or project level.
• Review of all process deviations raised.
• Responsible for reporting on status and effectiveness of process implementation at project/ engagement level.
• Check adequacy of the implementation of information security policy and procedures at engagement level.
• Reviewing the corrective and preventive action implemented for the NC & Observation analysis conducted at the account/Practice level
• Identifies and reports potential risks on time based on the Audit findings, PMR etc
• Responsible for planning Delivery Assurance activities to monitor the effectiveness of implementation at engagement /project level
• Mentor the Delivery Assurance team at practice/engagement level.
• Oversees the overall effectiveness of Delivery Assurance activities done by way of facilitations, audits, PMRs and Risk identification
• Conduct QMS / tools trainings.
• Participate in client interacting activities like presentations, RFP response
• Handholding the projects/ engagements in the external certifications.

Quality Manger:
• Responsible for implementing processes for different type of projects in the Practice and ensures that process meet the customer requirements as well as regulatory/statutory requirements.
• Responsible for approving all process deviations that have been raised at the practice/ account/ project level.
• Responsible for planning Delivery Assurance activities to monitor the Process compliance and effectiveness of Process implementation

1. Educational certificates, Provisional Certificates, Consolidated Statement of Mark, degree Certificates (X, XII, UG, P.G)
2. Photo Copy of your Passport
3. Employment certificates (offer letters and relieving letters of all the companies you have worked for so far)
4. Proof of residence (could be your driver’s license, electricity bill, ration card etc)
5. Six passport size photographs ( 2 at the time submitting your documents for Back ground check and 4 at the time of joining)
6. Current company ID card / company offer letter & last 2 months pay slip.
