QTP Test Manager Collabera Bengaluru/Bangalore
19 July 2010• 9+ years of IT experience and minimum 4+ years of experience on QTP tool.
• Possess good written & oral communication skills
• Strong hands on experience in managing test automation engagements, handled projects with complete ownership.• Thorough knowledge in Test Automation – Framework design, scripting, execution and trouble-shooting.
• Strong knowledge of automated tools like QTP/Winrunner, Quality Center tools
• A creative approach to problem-solving and project management in general, must have excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional people handling skills, including, conflict resolution, team motivation and people development.
• Appreciates teamwork and have proven track record in leading a team to achieve the targeted objectives.
• Capable of managing crises and working under pressure when required, keeping team motivated and focused on goals.
• Client management skills, including, account management and building deep relationships.
• Experience in planning, budgeting and projections for projects and manage against the same.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of testing standards, process, procedure and methodology across all test areas.
• Should have worked in an onshore-offshore project delivery model.Experience 6 – 11 Years
Educational Qualifications: MCA/Graduation in Computer Science or other streams with appropriate experience in IT.
