Candidate should have team handling experience
Having 2 yrs of QTP experience.
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal partners
Should be dynamic and be able handle client independently.
Job Description
QA Lead with QTP Automation and manual testing QTP Automation experience is the primary requirement
5-8 years of experience in QA with solid experience in web based
applications and test automation for such applications.
Any exposure to Flex based applications test automation would be a plus point
Experience in functional manual testing, automated functional testing
Experience in load testing is a plus.
Good hands on experience with QTP automation. Expertise expected at the level of being able to design and develop Test Automation Framework.
Should be experienced in OR and DP practices in automation.
Should be able to write test cases from requirements/functional specs without needing any assistance.
Capable of preparing QA plan and estimation of requirements and scheduling.
Should be able to manage QA team and should be able to smoothly coordinate with customer
Some prior experience in customer coordination from offshore is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
