Siebel – QA/Testing Lead
Project or Team Lead
Understanding of the SDLC lifecycle and the role of QA/Testing there
Ability to draw up Test Plan, Strategy, Exit Criteria, Test Cases from Business requirement
Lead a team effectively
Worked on Enterprise rollouts – Siebel, Siebel Analytics, any other Siebel modules
Basic understanding of how testing is done in Enterprise software rollouts – such as Siebel or SAP or Oracle Apps or JD Edwards
Knowledge of the way the following are conducted:
Functional Testing – Manual and Automated
Integration Testing – end-to-end
Performance Testing – Strategy and Tools
Superb documentation skills
Work directly at client site and able to manage onsite end-customer expectations
Knowledge of any automated tools – suc as Mercury or Loadrunner or WinRunner etc
Self-starter and self-motivated to pck up new tools asap (on the job)
Willing to stay at Kolkata for the duration of the project
