QA Manager:

Experience of identifying end-to-end testing needs Prep, Execute and co-ordinate from an a Integration and System Test QA perspective
Identify and plan test touch-points across all systems
Implementation experience of various testing approaches across SDLC phases
Ability to thrive in challenging environments where we would need to drive the testing efforts of our teams
Experience in making proposals for QA engagements.
Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model and onsite experience would be an added advantage
Experience in Project Management related activities would be an added advantage.
