QA Manager
This position is for a quality assurance Manager, testing Java/.Net based web applications and managing a team of 10-15 people.

Preffered qualification: Exerience on performance, load, stress testing or functional test automation and automation frame work.
Back end data verification and validation (especially SQL).
Certified tester e.g. Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA).
Exposure to HR Domain a plus.
Should be team oriented, able to work in a dynamic environment, proactive, and a quick learner.

Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, from a reputed university with an aggregate of at least 65%.
8-10 years relevant experience.

LOCATION:
New hires will initially work from our current Hyderabad offices, then move to our new Vizag office during the Second half of 2008.

Kenexa-Vizag will be a key component for growth, research and developmenta place for people to come to think and innovate.
