Participates in recruitment activities
Identify potential attrition, report and implement any actionable < 15%
Identify Training Gaps and develop Plan
Mentoring Team members for higher Career goals
Understand individual Business Unit and customer process improvement initiatives and provide appropriate and effective process improvement solutions
Quality Competency Level = 3
Maintains relationships with corporate IT as well as other teams in the IT management
