Atleast 2 years in the area of performance engineering / load testing exclusively. Load Runner.
Hands on experience on automation testing tools (Commercial and open source tools) .
Ability to prepare test cases and test data for manual test cases.
Experience in all areas of test engineering .
Strong investigative and profiling skills.
Experience in setting up QA teams from scratch.
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly self motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to provide leadership in designing effective technical solutions in the test automation field.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
