Interface with product engineers and development engineers to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans/procedures that will ensure a quality product is produced.You will then be responsible for the execution of the test plan and completion of the QA process which will result in a successful deployment to our production web site.This position will be involved with all technical areas from the distributed transaction processing engine to the web based front end.

3 to 6 years of experience.

1.Generation of test plans and procedures for new development and feature changes.
2.Execution of test procedures
3.Development of testing tools.
4.Manage bug tracking system.
5.Lead bug review sessions.
6.Assist developers to develop minimal test cases and resolve problems.

7.Management of the build process.8. Develop and improve the QA process at IG Infotech.3 to 6 years experience.Essential: Professional experience testing components of large internet based applications.
Experience designing and automating test procedures.
Work experience in configuration management software and methods.
Experience with bug tracking software and methods. Knowledgeable in a wide area of technical areas, from transaction processing systems to Internet applications.
Should have at least one year experience in web services testing and knowledge in XML.

Desirable: Working Knowledge of Database systems, and J2EE applications.
Experience with Oracle and WebLogic systems.
Experience with Web based automation testing tools and metrics.
User experience in a Linux/Unix environment. Experience with CVS, Perforce or Subversion Experience with Tcl, Python or bash scripting
