QA Analyst
Experience in involving in Presales for QA engagements
Good at test effort estimation and ability to define and measure different metrics
Good understanding of different Test Process models like TMM, TPI etc
Preferable to be certified (CSQA or any other similar certifications)
Good communication skills
Experience in grooming next level of leadership
Ability to conduct trainings on testing and related concepts
Job Description:

Experience of9 to 15 years in software testing
Should have experience managing 25 30 members team

Hands on experience in the following:

Define and optimize Test Process
Ability to suggest appropriate test strategies & good understanding of different testing techniques
Test automation, specifically being able to define automation frameworks

Good understanding of different kinds of tests like

Performance tests
Application security tests
White Box testing
Experience 9 – 14 Years
