Testing – Project Leader (Insurance Domain):

Should have Insurance domain Knowledge in different Lob’s(Home, Life, Commercial etc)

Understand the application and capable to develop test scripts/conditions using a tools and its review.

Experience to carry out Test execution Reports, preparation of daily test logs, maintaining
8-10 years of experience in a Software organization on Testing. Some experience in development may also be considered.

Good experience of Functional and automated testing throughout the testing life cycle.

Should be conversant with Web applications, Legacy Systems, databases etc.

all project and process metrics.

Experience of using Project management and test management tools.

Should be capable to handle atleast 30 – 50 team size

Experience in automated testing using tools (QTP, Certify and other tools) will be preferred.

Experience in adapting to testing processes and provide inputs for test process improvements.

Experience in the Insurance services industry would be an added advantage.

Formal certifications in Testing (CSQA, ISTQB, and CSTE) and Insurance (like AICPCU, LOMA, CII and III etc) will be an added advantage.

Certifications in PMP will be an added advantage

Experience in Presales activities like estimations, proposals will be preferred

Good verbal, presentation and written communication skills.

Job Description
Looking for the candidates in Testing/QA with good insurance domain expertise. Good experience insurance domains like Home , Life and commercial etc is required. Good communication and project Management skills essential.
