Testing Jobs in India

Should have experience with a minimum of 2 of the following telephony products: CM, CMS, IR/VP, PC (Dialer), IC, CCE, PBX, ACD, Reporting, Self Service, Dialer, CTI enabled contacts and the work/call flows associated .
Experience in testing software.

Write detailed QA test plan and test cases for complex contact center solutions.
Lead status calls with customer and project team during actual test phase.
Help coordinate efforts if Empirix or IQ services are engaged on project to do load testing.
