Strong in providing various approaches and solutions to the complex applicationsVery strong in project management, customer management and people management
Very strong in tuning various web, app and DB servers.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of performance testing and engineering experience
Experience in capacity planning and performance monitoring, analysis, bottleneck identification
Provide fixes to the identified bottlenecks.
Should have managed minimum 2 enterprise large accounts successfully.
Hands on with presales support and effort estimations.

8 to 12 years experience.
